Business Culture: from winning to judging for our Kate
We are delighted to announce that TWI managing partner Kate Everett has been invited to be one of the category judges at the 2021 Business Culture Awards.
The invitation comes hot on the heels of Kate taking home the trophy for the Culture Leadership Award in 2020.
She will join professionals from big brands such as Lloyds Banking Group, DFDS, CISCO and Innocent Drinks to judge the 2021 awards, with winners hoped to be announced at an awards ceremony in November.
Kate said: “TWI is a small business with a huge commitment to business values, so to be given the honour of co-judging a category the Business Culture Awards is incredible.
“These awards celebrate the people and companies who are driving the values and initiatives that are changing the way we think and work and I am so excited to be a part of it.”
This year will be the 6th annual Business Culture Awards, which aim to recognise companies taking the greatest strides in building an exceptional company culture.
The judges are all selected due to their passion about exceptional culture, and making the workplace a more engaging, collaborative and productive place.
