“AI is the most profound technology humanity is working on. More profound than fire, or electricity, or anything we’ve done in the past.”

Sundar Pichai, CEO, Google

Why Now? Because Doing Nothing is the Biggest Risk

Recent reports show that:

45% of boards still don’t have AI on the agenda (Corporate Governance Institute), and one in four UK businesses admit they have no formal AI plan. Yet the vast majority of early adopters are already seeing significant returns.

“If AI isn’t on your risk register, your board isn’t looking far enough ahead.”
– Kate Everett, Managing Partner, TWI

Boards that act now are embedding AI into governance, decision-making, and service delivery – driving cost savings, unlocking innovation, and strengthening resilience.

This AI strategy session has been developed to give boards the confidence and clarity to take action, backed by a clear roadmap, tailored advice, and tools you can implement immediately.

“Imagine the bottom line if every person in your organisation could improve efficiency by even one hour per week right now.”

Kate Everett
